Terms and Conditions

This Terms of Service (“Service Terms”) is provided to you (“Customer”) in connection with the Plan (the “Service”) that Customer has purchased. These terms and conditions comprise the entire agreement between Customer and with respect to the Service. 

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Upon purchase of the Service, Customer shall be eligible to receive the following services via remote, or phone support (e.g., over the phone or via the Customer’s computer with a WATSON DIGITAL SERVICE Agent logged into the Customer’s computer), Software Installation, Software assessment and removal of viruses and malware, Memory installation, Operating system installation, Annual computer tune-up, including operating software system updates, Speed Optimization, Junk Files Removal. Hard-drive data removal upon request, Password reset Service. All the above services are on a per-customer basis and are limited to One (1) device owned by the customer. The fee for the Service is a set fee without regard to usage (i.e., once the Customer has purchased the Service, there will be no refund of the fee even if the Customer does not use the Service thereafter). Customer must purchase the Service in one, two- & three-month’s increments or on per incident basis. Training and training services are not included in the Service but are available at standard service rate. The existing customers of can buy additional services at a 25% discount from the regular service price. 

Customer pre-requisites: The Service requires a functioning high-speed Internet connection or a functional telephone line. 


Watson Digital Service agrees to the following refund/cancellation schedule after the signature of agreement. WATSON DIGITAL SERVICE to waive charges incurred if we are unable to resolve the technical issue presented by the client at time of booking the service and if subsequently unable to resolve the technical issue or the Customer is not happy with the services presented at time of booking the service within 5 to 7 working days. Customer is requested to call technical support at Toll-Free Number for any issues related to the computer services. To initiate any refund or cancellation please Call us on Toll Free Number. 


In an E Check/ACH transaction, Customer must use valid Routing and Checking Account Details that is issued in the name of the Customer. The Company/ or its directors and employees will not be liable for any fraud because of the Account being used fraudulently. We are an independent software/technical support service provider for a large variety of third party products, brands and services. Any use of Trademarks, Brands, Products and Services is referential and, hereby, disclaims any association, affiliation – direct or indirect, or representation in any form, of any such brand, product or service. 

  • • LAW FORUM: 

This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to any other jurisdiction.
