Refund/Return/Warrantee/Cancellation Policies 

Refund Policy For service-based plans: – 

If you choose to cancel your support services, you will need to contact our Billing Department for a refund within 30 days of service start date. You can contact them at 1-844-633-0119 from 10.30 AM to 10.00 PM EST Monday to Friday. You can also contact us by sending an email to info@watsondigitalservice.com 

If the user wants to discontinue from our services then the minimum cancellation charges $29.99 will be applicable. If we cannot resolve even your single issue, then you will receive the appropriate reimbursement from our Billing Department. 

For incident-based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met: 

  • • You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved by  
  • • 30 days have not passed after the issue was last resolved by  
  • • If your service plan included any software, the price of the software will not be refunded in case of cancellation of service. 

Disputes about Billing:- 

In the event that you disagree with any charge made to your account, you agree to contact us: info@watsondigitalservice.com with a view to resolving the dispute prior to making a formal notification to your credit card company. You must contact us either by email or telephone, stating your reasons for dispute of the charge. This will enable us to accurately and promptly assess your complaint and, where justified, credit your card with the disputed amount in a timely manner to avoid any further inconvenience to you.
